FogoLive

Terms of Service

The rules of using FogoLive: who may use it, how matching and coins work, what is not allowed on camera, and where the limits of the service sit. Plain English, no surprises.

The agreement in one paragraph

These terms govern your use of FogoLive, a browser-based one-on-one live video chat. By opening the site and taking a match, you accept them. If you do not accept them, the honest move is to close the tab — the service is a page, and leaving it costs nothing.

Who may use FogoLive

You must be 18 or older to use FogoLive, full stop. By using the service you confirm that you meet the age requirement and that the law where you live allows you to use a video chat service. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed, and matching as a guest does not exempt anyone from this rule.

What the service is

FogoLive pairs you with one other person for a private live video call, randomly, right in your browser. There is no download, no group chat, and no public broadcast — one pair at a time. Signed-in users can follow matches they liked and find them again through call history and messages. The matching is random by design, which means we cannot promise who you will meet, only that they are live and real.

Free to start, coins after

Your first matches are free and need no account and no card. Longer sessions may use coins, and every price is shown in USD before you confirm a purchase. Coins are a virtual currency for use inside the service: they are not money, they cannot be exchanged back into money, they cannot be transferred to another user, and purchases are final except where the law says otherwise. If a technical fault on our side eats coins you paid for, contact [email protected] and we will make it right.

Your conduct on camera

You are responsible for what you say and show in a call. The short list of what ends your access: illegal content or behavior, harassment, hate, threats, exposing yourself to an unwilling stranger, involving anyone under 18 in any way, and recording or redistributing another person without their consent. The community guidelines spell this out, and reports go to human moderators who act on them.

The other person is not us

Matches are strangers, and FogoLive does not interview, vet, or vouch for them. Anything another user says, offers, or asks for is their responsibility, not ours. If someone requests money, gift cards, or off-platform contact in a way that feels like pressure, skip and report — that pattern is a scam on any service, including ours.

Service limits

The service is provided as is. We work to keep matching fast and the site up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a specific number of matches, or that any particular person will be online. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or violations of these terms. To the extent the law allows, FogoLive is not liable for what happens inside a conversation between two users.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, the new version replaces this page, and using FogoLive afterward means you accept the update. Questions about any clause here — including the coin rules before you buy — go to [email protected]. If you would rather see the product than read about it, how FogoLive works is the two-minute version.
